On December 12, the 2015 Undergraduate Teaching Work Conference of our school was held in the International Conference Hall of the Ayu Building. The theme of this year's meeting is "Seminar and Research on the Concept and Practice of Undergraduate Talent Training and Practice of the 2016 Edition of the Edition of the Edition of the Edition".

Professor Chen Jianqun, assistant to the president of Nanjing University, Professor Zhong Meizhen, Chairman of the Foreign Language Teaching and Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, Han Zhen, secretary of the party committee of our university, Peng Long, principal, Zhao Yan and Jiang Xufan, vice presidents Jia Dezhong and Jia Wenjian attended the meeting. Han Zhen caused the opening of the conference. He pointed out that undergraduate teaching is a golden signboard in Beiwai, and there are many fine traditions worthy of inheritance and carrying forward, but they also need to explore new teaching rules based on the changes in the situation. In the main report session, Chen Jianqun made a report entitled "Nanjing University 'Three -three Systems' Undergraduate Teaching Reform". From the situation facing the reform of my country's higher education and the exploration process of the training of talents in Nanjing University, he briefly reviews the background of the undergraduate education reform of Nanjing University, and from the reform of talent training model, curriculum system reform, thinking training system creation and system mechanism reform, etc. The four aspects expounded the main measures of the undergraduate education reform of Nanjing University in detail. Through reform, Nanjing University has made substantial breakthroughs in the development of student ability training and personalized development, improvement of teachers' teaching ability, and comprehensive optimization of undergraduate teaching. It has received widespread attention from the Ministry of Education, Education and the Media.

Zhong Meizhen made a report entitled "Taking the national standard as the center of the standard, and comprehensively promoting the teaching reform and development of foreign language majors". She interpreted the "national standard" from the concept and guidance of foreign language "national standards". From the introduction of the development of foreign language majors in the country, she in -depth explanation of the formulation of foreign language national standards, and explained the construction of foreign language majors from basic standards, industry standards, and school standards. Peng Long pointed out in a concluding speech that the undergraduate teaching work conference is a good tradition, and the school attaches great importance to it. The revision plan of the undergraduate professional training plan is very rich, and the practices of each department are very distinctive. Everyone has reached many consensus through discussions. The revision of the training plan needs to be further improved. The discussion of teaching reform needs to be further deepened. The departments of each institute should promote the revision of teaching reform and undergraduate training plan in accordance with the school's articles of association and the rule of law thinking, and make full use of the resources of Beijing universities to promote the first trial of curriculum construction. It is hoped that the annual discussions of undergraduate teaching work meetings can become a major discussion of the school's annual educational thinking.

Peng Long said that the training of talents in Beiwai must not only learn from the mature experience of domestic brothers colleges, but also referring to the advanced practices of famous foreign universities. Undergraduate teaching is not only the work of the Academic Affairs Office and the Department of Academy, but the work that all departments of the school should participate.
