Our School's Team Won The 8th National University German College Student Debate Championship
From November 15th to 16th, the eighth national university German major college student debate race was held at Sichuan University of Foreign Languages. The teams composed of Du Jing and Bao Zhiwen, a 2011 level of our school, won the championship. This is the fifth time that our school has won the championship.Du Jing and Bao Zhiwen performed well in each round of competitions, and cooperated with tacit understanding, especially in the semi -finals and finals prepared before the pre -match debate. The humorous debate won the praise and affirmation of the judges and the audience, and fully demonstrated the style of our students.There are five links: preliminary, eighth finals, quarter -finals, semifinals and finals. The judges are composed of experts from the German Sub -Committee of the Foreign Affairs Committee, the Goethe Institute , the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press, the German Academic Exchange Center and the German Embassy in China. The German Department of our school has won the first, third, fourth, and seventh champions.

The National University of German Student Student Debate is jointly organized by the German Branch Committee of Foreign Languages and Literature Specialty of the Ministry of Education. , Nanjing University, Beijing Second Foreign Language College, Shanghai Jiaotong University, University of Foreign Economic and Trade, and 48 universities to send teams to participate in the competition.
