Donald Johnson started from the current global situation, analyzed the policy direction of the United States and Canada, and looked forward to the prospects of Sino -US relations, Canada -US relations, and the relationship between the Three Kingdoms. With this as the background, he highly affirmed China's "Belt and Road" initiative, and based on OECD member states as a case, he made suggestions on how the "Belt and Road" landed. As the founder of the OECD "The International Student Evaluation Project (Pisa)", he made suggestions on the "double first -class" construction.
