On the morning of January 4, the opening ceremony of the newly -enrolled teacher training camp in our school in 2016 was held. President Peng Long and Vice President Sun Youzhong attended the opening ceremony. Zhang Jihong, Director of the Personnel Department, and the new faculty members from the 2016 new faculty members from the departments and functional departments participated in the ceremony. The ceremony was chaired by Sun Youzhong.

Peng Long made a speech entitled "Inherit the spirit of Beiwai and build a first -class foreign language university", and introduced the tradition and culture of Beiwai to the newly -owned staff. Peng Long reviewed the historical revolution of Beiwai, emphasizing the strategic mission of the North Outside service country, from the school's development positioning and the "13th Five -Year Plan", discipline development and construction, talent training and student employment, as well as teachers and resource guarantee situations I introduced to everyone in four aspects.

Peng Long's expectations for the new faculty and staff of the newly -enrolled, hoping that everyone will integrate into the North Wai family as soon as possible, integrate into the development of colleges and schools. Teachers of foreign language disciplines must be firm in confidence and strive to be the best foreign language teachers in China; Foreign characteristics and advantages, do characteristic scientific research projects, form a tolerance, treat others, and down -to -earth, to build a community of Beijing outer community, build a world -class discipline for the school, and become a world -class foreign language university contributing.

Sun Youzhong wrote a report entitled "Scholar -type teachers with long teaching and research". He shared with you the scholar -type teachers' outstanding representatives, the famous professor of our school, Xu Guozhang and Wang Zuo Liang, two gentlemen, and inspired everyone to use the two gentlemen as the role model. He said that the teaching and research is long and promoted. The new teachers of the newly -enrolled teachers should strive to be a scholar -type teacher who develops the parallel development of teaching and scientific research. From now on, starting from now, it will definitely be infinite in the future.

At the opening ceremony, the newly -entered -enrolled teachers sang the North Outer School Song together and visited the school history museum. The newly -employed teacher training camp was sponsored by the Teacher Development Center of the Personnel Department. For three days, a total of 47 newly -owned faculty members from 23 college and functional departments participated in this training.
