From May 13th to 14th, the 9th International Academic Conference of the East Asian Cultural Negotiation Society (for in East Asia) was held in our school. The meeting was co -sponsored by the East Asian Cultural Negotiation Society, the Kansai University of Japan and our university, and was hosted by the Global History Research Institute. The meeting is based on the theme of "Global History and East Asia's Knowledge Migration". The principal Peng Long attended the opening ceremony of the meeting. More than 200 important scholars and graduate students from East Asia and Europe attended the meeting.

Peng Long delivered a speech at the opening ceremony and presided over the unveiling ceremony of the Concept History Research Center of the Global History Research Institute, the knowledge migration and study abroad history research center. Zhou Zhijiang, Professor of Kansai University of Kansai University, Zhou Zhijiang, deputy director of the Guiyang Confucian Academy Cultural Communication Center, and Zhang Xiaohui, director of the Confucius Institute's Work Office of our school, delivered speeches.

Academician of the National Academy of Sciences, former president of Dusseldorf University, Honorary professor of our university (), Akira, Honorary Professor Akira, Honorary Professor of the Ministry of Literature of Kansai University, Academician of Royal Academy of Sciences, President of Thailand International Buddhist University, and famous Sinology Professor Wei Charlie () gave three keynote speeches for the conference. The meeting set up 40 theme forums, of which the special Beiwai Young Scholars Forum was set up. Chinese and foreign scholars carried out extensive and in -depth discussions in the two -day meeting period, and contributed wisdom to promoting mutual learning of Chinese and foreign civilizations.

During the meeting, the 9th Annual Meeting of the East Asian Cultural Negative Society held the new president and vice president election, approved the application for the new member to apply for and approve the proposal held in the 2018 Conference at the Hong Kong City University. long.

The international academic conference of the East Asian Cultural Negotiation Society has further enhanced the international academic influence of our school in our school. It provides an important platform for promoting East Asian civilization and the sharing culture of East Asia and the outside world. The initiative provides good help.
