The publishing of the year not only fully reflects the leading force that educated work in the cultural exchanges of Chinese and foreign people, but also shows the important role and mission of other fields and foreign language universities and think tank forces in humanistic exchanges. The compilation of the new version of "Yearbook (2019-2020)" must not only improve political standing and serve the strategic needs of national development; but also continue to carry forward the "compatible and well-known, learned" Northwai spirit, and make full use of the Northern Wai language and cross-cultural exchanges. Advantages, play the role of bridge bonds, and compose a new chapter in the exchange of Chinese and foreign civilization.

Yan Bingchen congratulated the publishing of the first edition of "Yearbook (2017-2018)", and paid tribute and gratitude to the author's efforts to participate in the author and publishers who participated in the yearbook. Professor Zhang Xiping, editor-in-chief of "Yearbook (2017-2018)", said that the publication of the first edition of "Yearbook (2017-2018)" was pioneered, and made three suggestions for the writing of the new version of "Yearbook (2019-2020)": The first is to expand the content, the second is to strengthen research, and the third is to explore the database platform that can be used publicly to improve the availability of the yearbook.
