UTD24 is the world's most recognized list of management sciences. It is an important indicator for the ranking of the top 100 business schools in the world in the top 100 business schools in the world. This journal is the first journal in the UTD24 list, and it is also one of the 50 top journals (FT50) rated by the Financial Times (Times).

The paper innovatively adopts the cutting -edge theory and methods of molecular genetics, and found that multi -gene scores related to educational achievements can stably and significantly predict the work performance of sales staff. In addition, employees' sales performance is jointly affected by the congenital genetic endowment and the efforts of acquired sales, and the influence of genetic factors even exceeds the characteristics of personality. The study further revealed the internal mechanism, that is, the adaptive learning (for example, the opportunity to identify and the customer orientation) in the interaction between the sales staff explained the relationship between some genetic factors and sales performance. The thesis also explores the impact of these discoveries on sales management, as well as the value of genetic research in the field of management science.
