On September 22, Professor Hu Yunteng, a second -level judge of the Supreme People's Court, the chairman of the China Case Law Research Association, and the former deputy ministerial member of the Supreme People's Court. He made an academic report entitled "International Frontiers of Enterprise Criminal Compliance and Localization". Before the lecture, Ding Hao, member of the Standing Committee and Vice President of the Beiwai Party Committee, Wang Weifang, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Law School, and Dean Mi Liang met with Professor Hu Yunteng and welcomed and thanked him to the academic report of the school. Mi Liang awarded a letter of lectures on the Northern Law School of Law School for Hu Yunteng.

In the report, Hu Yunteng conducted an in -depth analysis of how to safeguard my country's legal interests and participate in international competition in the context of how the Western criminal compliance system is relatively mature. The criminal compliance system of Germany conducted a comparative analysis. Hu Yunteng believes that criminal compliance is the product of economic globalization and legal globalization, and it is also a means of international economic competition. We should insist on identifying, controlling, evaluating, and preventing corporate corporate legal risks by criminal law.

The report was chaired by Mi Liang and lived online through the Tencent Conference. In the question session, the students spoke enthusiastically and asked questions actively, and Hu Yunteng answered in detail one by one.
