On the morning of March 6, the "Chinese Experts Demonstration Meeting of Sino -African Featured Disputes Solution Mechanism" was held in simulated diplomatic negotiation rooms.
The meeting was jointly organized by the China -Africa Law Research Center (located in our school's law school), the Ministry of Outside the Chinese Law Society, and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The meeting believes that the establishment of a joint arbitration mechanism for China and Africa to strengthen the cooperation of China and Africa in the field of non -litigation disputes, which is conducive to protecting the overseas interests of Chinese enterprises, improving China's foreign legal system, and increasing China's rules in international exchanges in international exchanges. The right to formulate. With China ’s acceleration from attracting foreign capital to foreign investment countries, the establishment of China -Africa joint arbitration mechanism has become a demand for the times. Both China and Africa hopes to establish new rules for arbitration that meets the needs of both parties.
