On December 5th, La Bi Bi Shi (), an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the German National Sciences, former president of Dusseldorf University, and a famous medical history expert, was hired as a honorary professor in our university. Peng Long introduced the overall situation of Beiwai from the aspects of talent training model, language advantage and future development direction, and expressed his expectations for further cooperation between the two parties. La Bishi fully affirmed the achievements of the school's schooling. He said that the Confucius Institute not only spread Chinese culture, but also attracted the interest of a large number of people in the economy. It played a role in the exchanges and economic development of Sino -German culture.
La Bishi suggested that Beiwai based on the advantages of language disciplines, but to surpass the language discipline and develop into a comprehensive university.
