On the afternoon of June 26, the first working meeting of the 7th Foreign Language Discipline Review Team of the Degree Committee of the State Council was held in our school. 15 experts from 13 universities across the country attended the meeting.

The subject evaluation team was entrusted by the Degree Committee of the State Council to discuss the special assessment plan of the degree authorization point of the foreign language discipline. The subject review team of the Degree Committee of the State Council is an expert organization under the leadership of the Degree Committee of the State Council to engage in the guidance, review, supervision, research and consultation of degree and graduate education. Its main task is to implement the "Regulations on the Degree of the People's Republic of China" and its temporary implementation measures; in accordance with the development trends of disciplines and national development requirements, conduct research on the development and reform of graduate education and reform. Suggestions; evaluate the degree awarding units and their degree authorization disciplines for newly added, adjusted, and revoked the degree authorized disciplines, and put forward review opinions; research on the subject catalog of adjustment and revision of the disciplinary training and talent training, and put forward opinions or suggestions; Investigate and study the quality of degree grants and talent training in this discipline, and provide consultation or suggestions on the disciplinary construction, talent training and degree awarding of the degree awarding unit of the State Council and the Ministry of Education. Special consultation such as evaluation. Members of the Disciplinary Evaluation Team of the State Council's Degree Committee are recommended by colleges and universities across the country. They are selected by the State Council's Degree Committee.
