On the afternoon of April 25th, a delegation of Beijing Foreign Languages University, led by Professor Chen Yulu, who was led by Professor Chen Yulu of our school, arrived in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and began a six -day visit. This time, President Chen cooperated with Prime Minister Wen to visit Malaysia and will further strengthen educational exchanges and cooperation between universities in Malaysia and Malaysia. On April 26, President Chen Yulu and his party came to Malaya University in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Malaysian University is a comprehensive university with both literature, science and medicine, and the oldest and most famous public university in Malaysia. Professor Datu Goshmont, President of Malaya University, extended a warm welcome to President Chen and his party. The two sides reached a consensus on the memorandum of the two universities and the establishment of the "China Research Center" at the University of Malaya. The Confucius Institute at the University of Malaya is the only Confucius Chinese Education Institute in Malaysia co -established by our school and Malaya University. It was established in 2009.

On the morning of April 27, President Chen Yulu and his party visited the University of Mara Arts University in Selangor and had a talks with the principal of the school, Professor Datu Sahur Hamades. On April 29, President Chen Yulu met with Dr. He Guozhong, deputy minister of Higher Education in Malaysia. The two sides exchanged opinions on issues such as exchanged scholarships between the two countries and the establishment of affiliated middle schools in Malaysia.
