At the invitation of the National University of Mongolia and the Moscow State Linguistic University of Russia, Yang Xueyi, Secretary of the Party Committee of our school, led a delegation to visit Mongolia and Russia.

Secretary Yang Xueyi led a delegation to the National University of Mongolia to attend the "2010 First International Symposium on Foresight and Prospects" and delivered a keynote speech at the symposium, which was well received by the participants. During the conference, our school representatives had extensive contacts and established contacts with representatives from all over the world.

During their stay in Mongolia, the delegation visited the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia and was warmly received by the Cultural Department of the embassy.

On June 15, the delegation visited Moscow State Linguistic University and was warmly received by the three vice-presidents of the school, Sukhalev, Shrek, and Lubyanenko, as well as Kamerin, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, and others. The two parties held talks on international cooperation and exchanges between the two universities, as well as the establishment of a Confucius Institute at Moscow State Linguistic University. While in Russia, the delegation visited the Chinese Embassy in the Russian Federation and was warmly received by Professor Pei Yufang, Minister Counselor of the Education Department.

Members of the delegation accompanying the visit include Zhang Jinlan, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Russian Academy, Jia Dezhong, Director of the Party School Office, Guo Qiqing, Executive Director of the World Language and Culture Research Center, Yuan Jianhua, Director of the International Office, and Lao Huaxia, the translator.
