1. Complete the library reconstruction and expansion project, and create a first -class learning reading environment for teachers and students

The school library's reconstruction and expansion project started in May 2011, and reconstructed the four floors of some of them. The expansion of the six floors above the ground, the first floor of the ground, the total construction area was 24,292 square meters. The project was successfully completed in December 2012. The completion of the library's reconstruction and expansion project provides the school with rich resources, reasonable structure, and distinctive characteristics. The literature security base and information service center that connects with international standards has greatly enriched the book resources in Beiwai and effectively improved the conditions for running schools.

2. Start the environmental reconstruction project of the West Campus and expand school teaching and scientific research space

The comprehensive teaching building project started in June 2011, with a total construction area of ​​60,515 square meters, a building height of 45 meters, 11 floors above ground, and three underground floors. The completion of the comprehensive teaching building has laid the foundation for the realization of the campus planning of the Western Campus. The project solves the problems of teaching and scientific housing in many colleges, departments and research centers in the school, improves the external image of the school, and reflects the openness and inclusiveness of the school. On September 20 this year, the school held the construction ceremony of the Western Campus Teaching Service Building Group. The group group mainly included classrooms, student cafeterias, international student dormitories, and multiple cultural experience centers. After the completion of the building, it will greatly improve the school's school running conditions, meet the shortage of housing for multi -language professional construction, and lay a good foundation for the early realization of the goals of human culture, internationalization, gardenization, and landscape campus construction.

Third, use points, take care of both, and improve the overall environment of the East Campus

The school transformed the environment around the library. On the basis of the storage pool on the underground water station on the south side of the library, the construction plan for the central area of ​​the East Campus was implemented. The total investment of the project is nearly 4 million, covering an area of ​​5,100 square meters, and has grown more than 20 kinds of trees and shrubs. The overall project was completed in September 2014. The small roads, vines, pools, and green plants in the garden are completed. The design of the pool in the garden can be called the finishing touch, adding spirituality and vitality to the garden, and becoming a place where teachers and students love reading, leisure, and viewing. At the same time, the school transformed the Garden of the English Academy on the west side of the library, which improved the overall environment around the library. In December 2015, the school completed the relocation of the Dongmen garbage station and the construction of Xindongmen, which changed the problem of narrow and messy in the past, marking the basis of the planning of our school's East Campus, and improving the overall environment of the East Campus.

Fourth, focus on the goal of ecological civilization, build a saving campus

The school has established a school -level energy -saving leadership group to build a campus energy management system. Since 2015, applying for special funds for the Ministry of Education, relying on the campus network and combining three -dimensional visual information technology, we will vigorously carry out the construction of a three -dimensional management network visual energy consumption supervision platform. At present, the three -dimensional visual positioning and energy consumption data collection of the underground pipe network has entered the test stage, and the goal of remote real -time monitoring of energy will be achieved in the future. The school applied for special funds in 2014 and 2017, and renovated the boilers of the East and West Campus. While improving the operating efficiency of the boiler, the energy consumption was reduced, and the annual comprehensive energy -saving benefits reached 15%. In recent years, the school has paid close attention to the quality management of the cafeteria in accordance with the new standards and requirements, attached importance to safety production, updated the facilities and equipment of multiple canteens, and the teacher -student dining environment has improved significantly. The school also carried out the intelligent power control system transformation of the eight student apartment buildings, and carried out temperature control energy -saving transformation of more than a thousand split air conditioners, and the power -saving effect was significant.
