From May 24th to 25th, the seventh "North Foreign -Wan Huida Cup" Intellectual Property Simulation Tribunal Competition was held in our school's day research center. After all aspects of competition, our school team won the championship, the Chinese University of Political Science and Law won the runner -up, and the third place was obtained by the Debao University University team and the Chinese Youth School of Political Sciences. The Chinese Youth School of Political Science, China University of Political Science and Law, and Beijing Institute of Technology won the best book award. This competition lasts for two days. The case of the competition has been carefully designed and involved in the frontier issues such as intellectual property rights and anti -unfair competition. Senior judges, professors, lawyers, etc. from domestic, the United States, Australia are invited to serve as judges. During the competition, the domestic competition players used fluent English to deeply focus on the simulation cases based on the two beverage brand packaging and decoration disputes to explain the professional issues such as trademarks, commodity decoration, appearance design, and anti -improper competition. Essence Foreign contestants also learned about the development of Chinese intellectual property rights through the competition.

The "North Waiwai -Wan Huida Cup" Intellectual Property Simulation Court contest is designed to show the results of the development of intellectual property law in my country, promote the exchange of the legal property and legal community of Chinese and foreign intellectual property, and promote the internationalization of my country's intellectual property system and practice.
