On the morning of July 19th, Professor Mike Professor Mike, a professor at the School of Education and Technology of the British Open University, and the world -renowned large -scale open -course platform academic general, came to our school to give academic lectures and conduct workshops.

The theme of the lecture is "New of at Scale". The professor share with you the effective teaching methods of online learning and online language teaching, as well as how to use innovative teaching methods such as social learning (), citizen inquiry (-) to ensure the effectiveness of online large-scale learning. The professor guides everyone to carry out effective online teaching activities in the form of a workshop. In the question session, a number of first -line teachers consulted the professor on the questions in actual teaching and the questions encountered.

Professor Mike is a well -known expert in the field of online learning. He was the President of the University of Nottingham University, the founder of the International Mobile Learning Association (The For), and the initiator of a series of conferences.

The lecture was chaired by Professor Tang Jinlan, deputy dean of the School of Internet and Continuing Education, and more than 80 teachers from the departments of our universities and other universities in Beijing attended the lecture.

Before the lecture, the vice president of our school met with Professor Mike, and the two sides discussed the possibility of cooperation between our university and the British Open University and the international large -scale open class platform for online curriculum.
