"Second National German Translation Master Of Translation (MTI) Teaching Symposium -Research On The Training Model And Teaching Process Of Interpreting Talent" Is Held In Our School
From December 1st to 2nd, the "Second National German Translation Master of Translation (MTI) Teaching Symposium -Research on Talent Training Model and Teaching Process" was held in our school. This meeting was sponsored by the German Department of our university, from Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute, Beijing Language University, Shanghai University of Science and Technology, Xi'an Foreign Language University, Sichuan University of Foreign Languages, Tianjin University of Foreign Languages, Qingdao University, Jilin Huaqiao Foreign Language Institute, Dalian University of Foreign Languages, University Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Foreign Trade has opened or planned to open a master's degree in German translation and teachers to attend the meeting.
Shao Wei, French Department of our school, Sun Sanjun of the Academy of English, Deng Xiaoling, Gao Gao College, and Cui Lan of the Foreign Research Institute, and teachers from four universities including Beijing Institute of Technology, Renmin University of China, Ocean University of China, and Fudan University listened to the meeting.
After observing the master's interpretation of Professor Wang Jianbin of our school's German Department, the participants combined with the characteristics and actual conditions of each school and majors, and discussed various issues in the training of interpreter talents from a macro and micro perspective. Covering the construction of textbooks, interpreter training models, interpretation cognitive skills training, interpretation quality assessment, and classroom practice organization and implementation, etc., and in -depth and wonderful discussions on the existence of various confusion and difficulties in the training of German -speaking translation talents.
