So far, the "Research Method and Analysis Tool Series Workshop" co -organized by the Teacher Development Center and Library of the Personnel Office has ended successfully. The workshop contains three series of courses related to SPSS and NVIVO. It aims to promote the widespread use of scientific research methods in teachers' teaching and scientific research in our school, and enhance everyone's practical applications for scientific research methods and various analysis tools. A total of nearly 154 teachers from 29 departments and functional departments participated in the series of courses. After the course, in order to fully understand the training effect and further solicit teachers' opinions, the organizer made a training effect and demand questionnaire survey. The results show that the teachers interviewed generally are very satisfied with the content arrangements, organizational forms and training effects of this series of workshops.
