Since ancient times, Xinjiang has been incomprehensible to translation activities. Experts and scholars nationwide in the country responded to national strategy and grasped the pulse of the times. Theoretical and practical issues. Experts' keynote speeches explore the research of Chinese culture's external translation and communication, cultural self -confidence and contemporary Chinese translation theory, national translation history practice, and the creation of Chinese original translation theory.

The seminar set up three parallel sub -forums, from nearly 50 participants from all over the country based on the historical background of the "Belt and Road", focusing on teachers' education research, translation education and cultural foreign translations, theoretical discussion and Chinese culture "going out", "going out", "going out", "going out" and "going out".
