On October 29, the basic skills competition of the 6th Youth Teacher Teaching of Beijing Foreign Studies University was held. Sun Youzhong, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. In his speech, Sun Youzhong shared three ideas on the growth of the teacher with the participating teachers: First, the course thought and politics created a newcomer in the era. Young teachers should focus on students, strengthen the interaction of teachers and students in the classroom, guide students to participate in learning, cultivate their speculation, cross -cultural, leadership, speech and writing ability, and explore the teaching of Beiwai brand. The third is the style of Bo Caichang. The purpose of the game is to promote its own progress. Young teachers must learn from the competition, learn from famous teachers, and do reflective teachers, research teachers and scholar -type teachers. He hopes that the school trade union cooperates with relevant departments to jointly build a stage for teachers' talents and platforms for learning and exchanges, so that young teachers can take advantage of their strengths and improve their teaching.

Professor Wang Zhanpeng, an expert representative of the review team and deputy dean of the School of English, explained the preparations, evaluation principles, evaluation indicators and review requirements. 15 foreign language groups participating teachers and 22 non -foreign language groups participated in the stage.
