On the afternoon of October 26, the opening ceremony of the second phase of the "Voice of Beiwai" English voice workshop was held in the lecture hall of the fifth floor of the library. Sun Youzhong, Vice President and Director of Teacher Development Center, Professor Zhu Xinmao, and Professor Zhang Ye, a well -known expert in our school, and a lecturer, attended the ceremony. The opening ceremony was chaired by Yao Jinju, deputy director of the Personnel Department and deputy director of the Teacher Development Center.

Sun Youzhong congratulated the workshop opening class, welcomed the majority of students, and expressed heartfelt thanks to the old professors who dedicated to the voice class. He said that first -class foreign language disciplines are the backbone of Beiwai, the pure voice tone is a distinctive symbol of Beiwai, and solid English skills are the excellent tradition of Beiwai. The school is committed to improving the training, assessment and promotion system of faculty and staff, improving the ability of teachers' lifelong learning and self -development, and striving to create a first -class international teacher team and management team.

Professor Zhu Xinmao and Professor Zhang Yan spoke separately. Professor Zhu Xinmao looks forward to seeing the classroom with everyone, teaching for many years of learning, research experience and experience of English voice, and explore the beauty of English voice with everyone. Professor Zhang Ye said that it is the top priority to improve the English level of faculty and staff.
