This approved project shows the characteristics of comprehensive category, diversified fields, and balanced development of various disciplines, and highlights the strength of Beiwai in the field of humanities and social sciences. From the perspective of project categories, including 3 key projects, 4 general projects, and 7 youth projects; from the perspective 1 journalism and communication, 1 political science.

In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of organizational scientific research and earnestly do a good job in the application of the school's social science fund project in 2024, Beiwai has actively planned planning. Since May, the combination of online and offline conferences and point -to -point counseling will be adopted. Organize 3 rounds of national social science fund project application and counseling, and invite more than 10 experts inside and outside the school, including Peking University, Renmin University of China, and other disciplines. Applicants have fully exchanged and professional guidance. At the same time, the Beiwai Scientific Research Office also jointly published a rigorous and detailed text review of the project application with the Publishing Branch of Foreign Languages ​​Teaching and Research Press. The comprehensive application and preparation work laid a solid foundation for the successful approval of the National Social Science Fund project. The enthusiasm of teachers and the quality of declaration have improved.
