Recently, the 2016 National Social Science Fund project project was announced, and 11 projects of our school were approved. Among them, there were 7 general projects and 4 youth projects, creating the best results in the annual project of the National Social Science Foundation of our school.

In 2016, the distribution of subjects of the National Social Science Fund's projects was relatively concentrated, involving 4 disciplines, including 5 linguistics, 3 foreign literature, 2 international issues, and 1 journalism and communication. The number of Chinese traditional superior disciplines and the number of projects in foreign literature ranks first in the subject. From the perspective of the person in charge of the project, the English Academy has established the most items and obtained 4; the International Relations College, the European language college, the Japanese Studies Center, the Asian and African College, the Chinese Academy, the Institute of Foreign Languages, and the Foreign Studies Society.

In order to improve the number of projects in the 2016 National Social Science Fund project, scientific research was launched in November 2015 to start the application organization and counseling work. The application mobilization meeting was held in the scope of the school, and the principal Peng Long and Sun Youzhong, the principal of the principal, and Vice President Sun Youzhong. In December 2015, the Scientific Research Department invited Professor Jiang Yi, a scholar of Beijing Normal University, to give a tutoring lecture entitled "Humanities Research Methods and National Project Declaration" for teachers of the school. Guide experts, experts are requested to conduct targeted guidance for the topic of choosing and applying for the teacher who are planning to be applied. From December 2015 to February 2016, the Scientific Research Office held 4 "one -to -one" project application guidance meeting in four times, and cooperated with Xu Guozhang's Language Higher Research Institute to organize 13 topic selection demonstrations and declaration documents writing Guidance. Through academic lectures, guidance, and conference guidance, help our school teachers improve the quality of project declaration. With the counseling and help of high -frequency, the enthusiasm of the teachers of our school and the quality of the declaration have been improved. Finally, 51 declaration materials were submitted, and 11 topics were approved.
