From October 10th to 11th, the 17th Annual Meeting of the Student Work Association of Foreign Studies and Foreign Trade Universities in China was held in our school. More than 70 representatives of more than 70 relevant persons in charge and teachers of 14 foreign language colleges in the country participated in this meeting. Feng Gang, Director of the Political and Political Department of the Ministry of Education, Tang Lijun, deputy secretary of the Beijing Education Working Committee, and Yang Xueyi, secretary of the party committee of our school attended the annual meeting and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.

On behalf of the organizer of the annual conference, Secretary Yang Xueyi presented the "National Foreign Studies and Foreign Trade Institute Counselor Team Construction Status and the Dynamic Survey of University Students' Perseverance" to the Ministry of Education and the Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee. Director Feng Gang made a theme report for the participating representatives and clarified the six key tasks of the current student work.

在为期2天的会议中，各高校积极参与，献计献策，通过专题发言，分组讨论等形式对大学生思想政治教育工作测评体系、全国多语言服务联盟课题研究和志愿者交换机制、实践育人、 Admissions employment work, network ideological and political education, exchanges abroad exchange students 'education management management, and construction of college students' grass -roots organization construction, reaching consensus and forming a conference communique after the meeting.

The first annual meeting of the "Annual Meeting" and "National Foreign Studies and Foreign Trade Institute Counselor Team Construction Status and Dynamic Survey of College Students" enhanced the work connotation of the annual meeting and the guiding significance of the student work of foreign language and foreign trade colleges. It has played a positive role in further improving the scientific level of ideological and political education of college students from foreign languages.
