On September 16th, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the school, the 1956 alumni of the English Academy of English held a commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the enrollment in the conference room 507 of the Administrative Building. More than 30 alumni gathered alma mater from all over the country, Professor Isabeth, principal Peng Long, and Zhang Jian, Dean of the Academy of English attended the friendship activities. The Association was chaired by Professor Zhang Ye.

On behalf of the school, Peng Long extended a warm welcome to his alumni after many years of leaving school, and told the school's changes in recent years from the development of school language, talent training, campus construction, and the development of alumni work.

On behalf of the English College, Zhang Jian welcomed the 56 -level alumni to return to school, and introduced the development and innovation of the college in recent years.

Professor Isabai recalled the choice of teachers at the time and his love for the profession of teachers, and welcomed every alumni who returned to his alma mater.

The alumni such as Zhang Ye, Zhou Gongwang also spoke at the event. The alumni talked eagerly, spoke freely, and recalled the youth together.
