Zhang Xiping, director of the China Sinology Research Center of our school, made a review of the 2014 Chinese Culture Going Coordinated Innovation Center and the 2015 key work arrangements for the 2014 Chinese Culture. Zhang Xiping reviewed the overall work of the collaborative innovation center from the aspects of major task traction, important academic conferences, the implementation of Sinologist Huizhi Engineering, the submission of consulting reports and the construction of think tanks, discipline construction and talent training, and academic journal construction. Zhang Chao's intention meeting of the Director of the Scientific Research Division of our school gave a special report on the establishment of operation and management of the 2011 Coordinated Innovation Center. The report states that the innovation of institutional mechanism is one of the key construction content of the collaborative innovation center. Beiwai, as a leading university, attaches great importance to the reform of the system and mechanism of the collaborative innovation center. Fan Lizhuang introduced the successful experience of Bei Normal University when applying for the 2011 Coordinated Innovation Center of the Ministry of Education in 2014, and introduced the effective practices of resource collaboration between coordinated units, discipline collaboration, and performance rewards.
