From October 28th to 30th, the "Sinologator and Contemporary Chinese Symposium" co -organized by the Ministry of Culture and the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and co -organized by the Chinese Foreign and Foreign Cultural Exchange Center of China and the Ministry of Culture Exchange Center were held in Beijing. Liu Qiyi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the Central Secretariat, and Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, Wang Weiguang, Dean of the Academy of Social Sciences, and Cai Wu, Minister of Culture Cai Wu and Chinese and foreign scholars. Liu Qizhen delivered an important speech on the contemporary value of Chinese culture and the work of sinologists.

Professor Zhang Xiping, director of the China Sinology Research Center of our school, was invited to participate in the meeting and published a paper on the "Development of Cultural Exchange of Chinese and Western Cultural Exchange and Western Sinology". The Sinology Center participated in the specific preparations of the meeting.

More than 20 sinologists from the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, India, South Korea, Turkey, Azerbaijan and other countries and 20 20 from Peking University, Fudan University, Wuhan University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Chinese Academy of Arts Famous domestic scholars attended the meeting. Chinese and foreign scholars have discussed discussions and exchanged opinions on issues such as "Chinese Dream", "Chinese Trip", "Chinese Culture", and "Sinology of Overseas Chinese".

The meeting was organized by the Ministry of Culture's Outreach Bureau. The successful convening of this meeting is highly valued by the Central Academic Committee and academic circles at home and abroad. It is another important achievement made by our school's Chinese Cultural Cooperation Innovation Center.
