Deng Chuanhuai and Wang Dinghua signed the "Agreement on the Construction of the Rule of Law Education Center". The unveiling ceremony was chaired by Wang Jiaqin.

Deng Chuanhuai reviewed in three words and affirmed the fruitful results of the Ministry of Education and Beiwai in recent years. It has begun to use the scale and basically build a comprehensive and multi -level youth rule of law education pattern. The second is the "golden signboard". In his speech, Wang Dinghua pointed out the four "important" of the center of the center: first, it is important. The establishment of the youth rule of law education has provided an important platform for strengthening the publicity of the rule of law and exploring the education of young people.

Peng Long introduced the active exploration and work of the construction of the North Foreign Law Discipline, Talent Training, and the Education of Student rule of law for many years. At present, there are 98 types of language in Beiwai. By 2020, it is expected to open more than 100 types of language and 115 undergraduate majors, of which 41 language majors are the only in the country. It has made great progress in the joint training talents at the level of undergraduate master and doctoral degree in language disciplines and non -foreign language disciplines. In addition, Beiwai is also gradually exploring the talents needed by international organizations, and gradually formed a mechanism for exploring and promoting students to internship and work from international organizations.

Jia Dezhong introduced the center's preparation work and the next work plan: First, to strengthen and consolidate the core position of constitutional education, increase the proportion of constitutional education on platforms, bases, journals, event activities and other platforms; Education research, integrate legal resources in all aspects of schools, strengthen theoretical research, and promote theoretical innovation; third, combine the "Belt and Road" initiative to carry out cultural exchanges between Chinese and foreign and foreign rule of law.

The formal establishment of the youth rule of law education center is an important measure to fully implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Strengthen the education of the constitutional rule of law in the new era, and improve the scientific, standardized and effectiveness of the education of young people.
